The interview was what you would expect for the most part. The process was a recruiter interview, hiring manager interview, and then an on-site which is done remotely. I really appreciated that the on-site interview meetings were spread out throughout the day and not back to back. They also provided the option to spread them out over a couple of days, which is really generous considering on-sites are typically a full day and are draining. That showed me they respect my time and also my well-being. Interviewing when you have a full-time job is hard as it is and DigitalOcean made it so much easier.
