The interview process was really smooth and clearly communicated. Everything was followed up on, and I finished each interview with clear next steps. The process took about two weeks total.
There were three interview stages: a phone screening with their recruiter, an interview with the hiring manager, and finally a round of interviews with the team. They were all very comfortable and conversational. Each interviewer used the STAR method for questions.

Q: Tell me about a time where you made a mistake, and what you did to rectify the situation.
All situation based questions.
Basic troubleshooting questions to test your immediate knowledge on certain scenarios with multiple interviewers - tested in different areas of IT and Security. The final interviewer was the manager for a more formal introduction for what it seemed to be a personality compatibility test.

Entrevista
Informative, energetic and overall the best onboarding process I've ever been in. Dividing the different sections of the company and the nature of our jobs throughout the first few weeks of onboarding the company has helped in not making new hires feel overwhelmed.
