The interview process was notably rigorous, as I went through six individual interviews (and finished a "homework assignment") before receiving an offer. However, everyone I met with was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. Some of those interviews involved meeting my future manager and teammates, which gave me a good idea of what to expect from my day-to-day at DigitalOcean. Additionally, having the opportunity to ask experts in my field about their experiences with technical writing was great.
