Interview process at DO was enjoyable. Everyone was nice, respectful, and enthusiastic. I had 2 "pre" interviews with a manger and senior engineer. After that I was scheduled for 4 interviews with engineers and a final interview with a senior manager. Out of the 7 interviews only 1 was a coding question. All other interviews focused on knowledge and system design.
