The interview process starts with a discussion with a recruiter to determine fit, the next step is a four part interview process with different groups of interviewers. These can either be on-site in NYC or remote via Google Hangouts. Two of these are with managers, and two are more tech-heavy for engineers. On the whole the interviews were fun and engaging, giving a small glimpse into the culture of the company. One interviewer began the interview lamenting how early it was and how late he had gotten in the night before, giving a vibe that it was an inconvenience to be interviewing, which unfortunately killed the mood of the interview. A chunk of the technical questions were computer science trivia format that didn't necessarily apply to the specific position the interview was for, while others were more open ended real-world approach questions.
