Initial interview with a recruiter, followed by a panel interview. For the panel interview, I met (video chat) different members of the department. They asked pretty common interview questions, and seemed cordial. After the ordeal, the recruiter said they'd be deciding that Friday. Two weeks later I received an automated rejection letter. To be honest, the process was great until the end. If you are going to eat up close to four hours of my time, a personal, timely notification seems appropriate. It's a good indicator of how your organization does business.
