I applied online and received an automated reply the same day? I was then contacted by their recruiter to set up a phone screen. The phone screen was actually fun and more of a conversation which was great! she also let me know to expect the interview process is 4 steps. The next day I was infomred that I would be moving forward in the process. step 2! The recruiter ste up the interview that same day for me to come in at the end of the week. I met one-on-one with their senior strategist for an hour. The office is so cool and everyone was super friendly even though they weren't part of the interview. I interviewed with Eric and his energy and passion for his job were obvious and contagious! I did not make it past the 1st interview, but connected with the recruiter on linkedin at her request for potential future fit. I will definitely follow this company and hope to be considered in the future.
