Overall a neutral experience. The first round is with a recruiter. That went very well and straightforward. No surprises. Next round is with the hiring manager. Went perfect and really hit it off. Next round was the team panel and where the rough water was hit. Firing squad style. Very impersonal and robotic. Senior members with less experience than the one being interviewed but they are driving so what can you do? May have dodged a bullet.
