Applied online. I was contacted a week later for a phone interview. Before I had the phone interview, I had to take a programing test online. It took about 2 hours to complete the test. The phone interview was about my experience and behavioral questions. After the phone interview, I was told that I would hear back within a week. I waited a week and was contacted for a in-person interview. So I was scheduled for in-person interview 2 weeks after the phone interview. The in-person interview was about behavioral questions and going over my programming test. After the in-person interview, I was told to wait for another week. Then I was scheduled AGAIN for a second in-person interview. The second in-person interview was about behavioral questions with the President. After the second in-person interview, I was told to wait again to hear back. Then a week later, they sent an email saying that they would not give me an offer. The interview process took over 6 weeks. I've never had such long interview process with so many kinds of interviews. The people there were very nice, except the President. After the second in-person interview with the Present, I didn't want to work there anymore. Luckily, they didn't give me an offer. They're just a start-up company, but their interview process was long and worst than the big companies. SUCH A WASTE OF TIME.
