We had a friendly talk and I was briefed about the company very well. All was fine and the role was interesting for me. I got an offer but with no details whatsoever about any type of compensation. All I got was I would be in probation and my performance would decided the period of it. When I asked for details after the probation period none was given and I was told directly that l'm asking for something couldn't manage. To be honest, don’t waste your time with this company. They want free labor until you are “good” enough to actually get hired and they don’t even bother telling you details of the compensation you’ll get upon being hired.
