The interview process was very straight-forward and smooth. Beginning with the Recruiting team, they constantly checked-in with me and kept me in the loop about the process throughout. Next, the hiring manager clearly set the expectations for the interview process and whom I'd be speaking with. Finally, all members of the interview panel arrived well-prepared, were thorough and direct with their questions, and provided detailed responses to my questions. *Bonus* each interviewer individually shared their own unique reason for joining Digit. For me, it added a personal touch to the process and truly showed they each cared very deeply about the mission.
