Contacted by HR scheduled a phone screening. Had a quick chat over experiences and about the role. She said she would be reaching out to schedule an onsite interview and when she did I responded with my availability. After two weeks of no responses I withdrew my application seeing as they 'ghosted' me and never gave me an update. Do not want to work for a company that promotes that type of behavior to potential candidates.
