An interview on the phone followed by a "technical" interview. I felt the whole process was held by underpaid novice employees. They wasted my time with irrelevant assignments. I completed them all to their surprise. The HR team was pretty rude and happily escorted me out when I asked for a proper raise. Overall, a waste of time. If you're an experienced professional, consider spending your valuable time elsewhere.
