I was asked to arrive 20 minutes early, which I did, but the interviewer showed up an hour late without any explanation or apology for the delay. The interview itself felt average, and I didn’t get a strong sense that the interviewer was engaged or interested in the conversation. They didn't ask particularly insightful questions, and I felt like it was a rather rushed and mechanical process. After the interview, I followed up for feedback as it’s helpful to know how I did and where I could improve. Unfortunately, I never received any response, which was quite unprofessional and left a negative impression. Overall, it was a rather disappointing experience. Being punctual and providing feedback are basic courtesies that were lacking in this interaction.
