Really human and straight forward interview process. A first meeting with HR to evaluate cultural fit, a second meeting with the Team Lead to assess technical expertise and a final meeting with the CTO for final validation.

Was a bad interview. I had 3 calls, HR / HR / Product development.
In the 4th meeting, they ask technical questions not near related to my skill set.
I pointed that out, and they said they need someone to know the answers that you could not find in google. Although the questions they asked me could be searched.
The final straw was that they did not said anything, not a yes not a no, NOTHING. After 4 interviews. Complete waste of time
