Screening call with recruiter, followed by informal chat with hiring manager, followed by a 60 minute zoom interview with hiring manager and another senior manager. Was then ghosted for two weeks despite emailing requesting feedback. 3 weeks later I saw they they had re advertised the role so I got back in touch to ask for feedback and got an out of office saying the recruiter had left the business. Very poor experience and very disrecpteful of candidates time.
