After a phone discussion with HR, I had a panel zoom interview with the hiring manager and another manager. The call lasted an hour with many questions on my background and work accomplishments. At the end of the call, they shared with me their timeline in order to know the next steps as well as when I should expect to get a feedback. It’s been more than a month and the HR is completely ghosting me despite my follow-up emails. Very disappointing to see that there is still companies ghosting candidates..

Dopo poche ore dalla candidatura ho ricevuto un link via mail, da cui accedere a un “test attitudinale”. Non c’erano risposte giuste o sbagliate, ma semplicemente una serie di opzioni o giochi con cui interagire, alla fine di ognuno usciva una sorta di feedback automatico sulla propria personalità. Dopo poche ore (test fatto la sera tardi, mail di risposta ricevuta la mattina verso le 10.00), ho ricevuto una mail con scritto che non ero idone* per la posizione. Dopo tre mesi vengo ricontatt* da un recrutier su LinkedIn che si mostra interessat* al mio profilo e mi invita a candidarmi alla medesima posizione: rispondo entusiasta e spiego quanto avvenuto, poco dopo noto dal mio account sul sito dell’azienda che sono nuovamente rientrat* nel processo di selezione. Dopo neanche un paio di giorni accedo sulla dashboard delle mie candidature e leggo che sono stat*nuovamente ritenut* non idone* alla posizione.
