Entrevista
First stage sat with Innovation manager and HR where they used open ended competency based questions. Second stage briefed to develop new product and work in the lab. This was useful to understand team dynamics, expectations and whether the role was a good fit for both Diageo and myself. Expectations were explained well and they were flexible with interview dates.
