Applied online through a jobs board. Had a brief chat with their HR, followed later on with a panel interview with the hiring manager and a senior employee. The interview was quite long and in depth, covering my experience and how I could meet the needs in the role. I got the impression that their employees didn't care much about my answers. Didn't get any feedback after chasing HR, just a rejection.
