Got a call from a recruiter. He then booked me for an interview with a recruitment manager. The interview went well and I was told that I would hear back regarding possible job openings closer to my area. Multiple job opening came thought however I heard nothing back. I emailed again and called to say I’m still interested in working for Dexters to only be told that I am not in their priority and they are prioritising internal applicants. Why would they advertise these positions online then? Very unprofessional and lack of follow up.

Force you to shave. Rubbish company that is stuck in time. Do not waste your time. Only work here if you are young, impressionable and want your dignity taken away.

Quick and easy. Spoke to two people then was called that same week with their decision even though some people complained about their own interview processes. Guess it’s who you end up speaking to
