I heard about this position directly through the hiring team. They were vague about the position details, only mentioning that my first interview would be 1 hour long, split into 30 minutes for each of the two interviewers. There was a general lack of clarity regarding the role and its expectations. There was no recruiter involved in the process, so I had to constantly follow up with the hiring team and received minimal information in return. My experience with this company's interview process was overwhelmingly negative. From the outset, I was given short notice for interviews and received little information about who would be interviewing me or the nature of the interviews. This lack of transparency continued throughout the process, leaving me feeling uninformed and unprepared.
