Had a 1-hr zoom interview scheduled with one of the managers, whom I won't name. Shortly after staring the interview she remembered she had to leave work early to pick up her kids from an after school camp. I offered to reschedule the interview to accommodate the manager but she insisted for us to continue while she drove to pick up her kids. She proceeded to wing the interview unprepared and ended abruptly when she reached her location.
