The interview was in person at the Bloomfield, NJ office. The process took about two hours and consisted of three parts. In the first part, one of the interviewers gave general information about Dewberry. In the second part, one of the entry-mid level engineers gave a tour of the office. In the third part, the interviewers described the mentorship philosophy at Dewberry.
