After sending the CV we are contacted and have to make another CV in their template for the interview.
The interview with general programming questions and they are checking the answers against what they have on the solutions.
When the answer is built with different terms from what is present in the solution the interviewer sometimes gets confused with the answer.
After the interview they told me they were going to call back with the feedback, however they never reached out.

easy enough interview for a junior consultant position. recruiter contacted me. then i had a single technical interview with the tech lead and another younger dev. at the time they were hiring a lot of people so the process was likely easier than how it is now.
