First interview was good. Simple questions, experience and why you'd like to work for the company. 2nd one you came in for a "bar interview" but was told its nothing crazy. Basic formula, weighing the shot etc. It's been a bit since coming from a automatic for 2 years due to my prior job. Barely any sleep, hungry and not my particular day. I had a brain fart and a bit nervous but the woman evaluating was not understanding at all. Standoffish, did not acknowledge me one bit, came late and only saved 1 single correction for when the process was over. I had to wait half a month just for them to not even reply to a single email. Denied job offers in hopes to hear back and not a single peep. People have lives and bills to pay, my resume reflected my knowledge, dedication and passion for the craft but that was completely ignored. In the end it's just coffee and life goes on, but to the woman? Get off your high horse. Especially at 7 am in the morning.

First interview is a chat, seemingly friendly, Second interview you come in and there is basically a coffee formula on the board and you are asked to make the drink based on yield, seconds, etc.. It's high pressure but if you keep your cool they are relatively understanding and willing to teach. Ultimately I was offered the job and then they rescinded the offer after we had already scheduled my first training. I'm not super clear on what happened, they didn't give me much insight other than they chose to go with someone else (after already offering it to me and me accepting). I was asking a lot of questions about the shift times and the average training time which might have put them off a little but they seemed like valid questions for employment. Overall a huge disappointment, thank god I didn't put in notice with my other job yet. I really could have been screwed over by this.
