The job interrview was barely an hour long. I thought it was not a one-day process because the job description was comprehensive, and my two interviewers, Gene & Lance, were quite specific and particular about my work history, skills set, etc. Then came the final say on my compensation package negotiated with Doug, the CEO. I got hired on-the-spot and I was asked to start work right away. That was at 9:00 PM on 21 January 2014, Manila time.
