I was approached by a recruiter after applying for a fullstack developer position. The interview process consisted of 4 stages: a take-home coding test, a live coding interview with technical questions, a soft skills and English assessment interview, and finally a technical interview with their Tech Lead. During this last interview, I was asked if I would be comfortable with having my resume modified with a different name and fabricated years of experience to be presented to their clients - a practice that is both unethical and illegal. Although they proceeded with an offer, I declined due to these questionable practices. After going through all these demanding interview stages, investing considerable time and effort, they reveal their unethical practices at the very end and offer a mere \$800 monthly salary. Save your time and avoid this company - they make you jump through hoops just to propose resume fraud with poor compensation.

The livecoding interview was fast and to the point. Livecoding and the task was to create an endpoint using node, and show the data in the front using react. (the repo was using mvc) 15 minutes The interviewer was mostly in silence but he gave me great feedback.
