It was a round of interviews with different heads and finally the HR. The interviews were really good with the CEO and the heads. They asked about my interest areas, and what kind of work I would interested in. They also talked about what where do I see myself in the next 5 years. They wanted to know the commitment I can give and how self driven I was. HR round was pretty useless with no hint of salary (it wasn't there in the advertisement too). It was revealed after the entire process and was lesser than what I was earning. So I had to decline.
