It was a good experience overall. The interview process consisted of three distinct stages. The first two were technical interviews, where I was asked detailed questions related to my skills, previous projects, and problem-solving abilities. Both technical rounds were challenging but fair, and the interviewers were professional and respectful throughout. The final round was with HR, where we discussed my background, motivations for joining, cultural fit, and expectations. After successfully completing all three stages, I received an offer call. The entire process took approximately three months from the initial application to the final offer. Although it was a lengthy process, the communication was clear, and I appreciated the structured approach.
