Initial application stage only – The process was SJT then numerical followed by Hirevue. They had to be taken in order and I believe that you have to reach a certain benchmark to progress to the subsequent assessment. The assessments were straightforward and the Hirevue questions were relatively basic. All questions were motivation based.
