After the initial CV screening process, you are invited into a first-round interview, which consists of two different interviews with employees at different levels. The structure of the interview is: personal questions related to your CV, industry-related questions and brain teasers. Finally you are allowed to ask questions about the position/company/experience. If you pass this first round, you are invited to a second round.

I applied to the accelerated recruiting program and got an interview. The moment I walked in I realized they had no intention of hiring me. The "interview" started before the second interviewer even got there and they didn't ask me any behavioral or technical questions.

No phone call, directly invited to Superday. There was a networking event the day before interviews. Two rounds of interviews the next day. Around half of the first round candidates were invited back for the second round.
