Process consisted of a numerical assessment. This was then followed by a situational judgement test and then followed by a video interview. The interview consisted of some data analysis, followed by competency questions.

In October/November 2018 I filled an application form. After that I was asked to do psychometric tests.
In January 2019 I got a phone interview invitation, it was with someone from the finance team. A week later I got an invitation to the assessment centre.
AC had 4 parts - 1) Case study & presentation 2) Technical interview 3) Competency based interview 4) Group Exercise. We also had an opportunity to talk to someone who is working there at the moment as Finance Graduate.
Everything was well organised, however I felt that some employees had kind of rude attitude during interviews with was not very good representation of their culture from my point of view.
