The entire process consisted of 4 interviews in total. My CV was sent in by my recruitment agent and I was shortlisted for interviews. The first interview was a revolving interview with the direct team members. The direct line manger of the role, and three team members including a 2nd year analyst. Questions were walk me through your CV, plus some basic questions about the impact of various variables on an option price.
I was shortlisted for the second interview. This was really a chat with the co-head of the dept, a VP.
I was called back for a third interview. This was with the co-head of the dept who sits in London, also a VP. After going through my CV, questions were what makes you think you will be a good salesperson, what makes you stand out etc
Immediately after I met with 2 other people from the department. Questions were centred around why Im changing jobs, and also current economic headlines globally and locally.
