I have applied online then got an online numerical assessment to do (CEB). The best way to prepare for it is by doing loads of practice with many tests available online. The next day I found out that I have passed and got a phone call to book the phone interview. There were two people on the phone and it was 20 mins long. One asked technology based questions and the other more general or financial based questions

30 min. many competency questions, 2 technical questions. I was 20 minutes late. There were 2 interviewers. They are both from tech division. I talked about the projects I did. They didn't ask for many more details. Too many questions about leaderships, failure,weakness, how to deal with conflicts... I got a reject letter the day after the interview.
