The interview itself was good, structured, friendly and professional. The interviewers followed the interview template they had and asked all questions on the sheet. My main issue was, that after the interview, I sent out my "thank-you-emails" and one email to the recruiter. After not hearing anything back from the recruiter, I emailed him again. 3 weeks later, I contacted him again via email. nothing. About 6 week later, I gave it one last shot. Again, NOTHING. no response. I think this is a terrible way of dealing with candidates. At least answer your emails and phone calls, this is a matter of respect. If a company cannot even do this, what does this say about the culture?! This is the best way of loosing or not even attracting good talent.

The interview itself was average. The process was the worst I have ever experienced. After an in-person interview with 2 persons, I sent out my thank you messages and an update-email to the inhouse recruiter. After a week of silence I contacted the recruiter again. 2 weeks later, another email. Then I called. 6 weeks later I sent one last email. nothing. silence. NO RESPONSE AT ALL. I think this is a matter of respect and manners to answer an email or a call. In fact, it's professional behavior. If this is the way they treat candidates, this tells you a lot about the culture.
