Went through 3 levels of interviews - HR, subject matter expertise and colleagues team before being presented to the Group Division Head. The whole process took less than a month and was very thorough, not at all stressful and very pleasant experience. They went out of the way to make sure I am comfortable and fully aware of the details of and expectations in the role, the opportunities, the organizational changes that have happened locally in NY and globally and at HQ. The whole hiring process was very very professional and far exceeded anything I have seen in most previous large name banks where I had been hired after interviews, except may be the first one in my career.
