1 month in total - met HR and 3 people from the business side. Questions were mostly on my motivation and not technical. This was part of the graduate recruitment process. Before that I attended a few networking events that helped me prepared for the interviez
first part was a case study presentation alone where you had to choose between two investments based on qualitative and quantitative data. After this, there was personality, technical and brainteaser 1 on 1 interviews, then case study in a group.

First round interview was in the morning, after that at 12:00 pm I got a phone call inform me that I was selected to the final round in the afternoon. The final round they asked some hard technical questions.

I applied online, and within a few days I had an interview. People were very nice. Just make sure you're current on markets news, especially if you aren't a business major.
