Nach einem Online-Mathematik-Test erfolgte eine Einladung zum Auswahltag in Frankfurt. Dort fanden zwei Interviewrunden statt - eine am Vormittag und eine am Nachmittag. Jeweils immer eine Person von der HR-Abteilung und von der Fachabteilung. Die eine Interviewrunde blieb rein persönlich, die zweite zielte dann auf fachliche Fragen ab. In den Pausen Austausch mit anwesenden Trainees und Interviewern.

Bewerber, die noch keinen Auslandsaufenthalt absolviert hatten, wurden zeitweise in Englisch interviewt.

Online testing including behavior questions, personality test and other math related questions. The online video will also be included if you have passed the former questions, and I got the change to record it. Everything was smooth.

The interview process was pretty relaxed, just make sure that you are familiar with your resume and know how to articulate your thoughts well. The interview structure was 3 30 minute interviews back to back
