There are four rounds of interview. First around interview is with the line manager that you most likely are going to report to. Ask more questions during this interview to understand more about your role and working environment. Second around is with the line manager and regional manager. You can get a chance to get to know about the regional manager and get to know how he is leading the regional team. If you pass the first two interview, you are most like getting this job. 3rd around is with line manager and other regional managers. 4th around is with HR. Just normal standard HR questions and answers.
