Entrevista
I applied online and was called the next day. I was interviewed over the phone at first. They asked me interesting questions. I enjoyed the conversation and was interested in the job description. I was invited in to the Vancouver office. I met with the recruiter for the position. The recruiter met with me for 30 minutes or so. We went through my work history and what I achieved in my previous positions. She asked me about my future goals and aspirations and what was important to me. We decided to move forward and present my resume to her client.

One of the main questions she asked is where I saw my career in 5 years, and was I willing to commit to my next position for at least that length of time. I felt that she genuinely cared about me and her client and wanted to secure a good fit.
