Honesty the interview process they have here is a waste of time. They have no respect for the people who apply to the company. I went through a one on one call with the HR, who typed everything I was saying, because she mentioned she wants to present it to one of their engineers, which is fine, but i spent 1.5 hours repeating myself, something that could have been done in 30 min with the engineer on the call. Then I hear nothing from them for 3 weeks, no feedback. Out of no where I get an email from the same HR saying they liked my profile and they want me to do a take home coding test, and it's due in 48 hrs. Ok! Again no respect for the fact that some people could be working full-time. So I complete the test and send it to them within 24 hours. Again no response for a week. Then I get an email saying after looking at your resume, we don't think you are the best fit!!! So almost a month, for them to tell me something they could have done in 2 minutes by looking at my resume. I understand that some companies want to follow the Amazon or Google's model of interviews, but you are not Amazon or Google. Please done waste people's time. Ask one of your engineers to look at the resume, call in the person for a technical interview if you think he/she has what it takes. Do a half day technical interview, and make your decision. The same way that you don't want people to waste your time, don't that to others.

The interview process was definitely waste of time. After phone screen interview which seems so professional but long (1 hour) they told me that I will get a task to complete in 24 hours (considering that I was a full-time employee). It took them a week to send me the task. They shared a 5G sound data on google drive which was corrupted. In 24 hours, I was supposed to create a ML algorithm for classification + creating a docker for the task! Although, the job description was not saying anything about Docker requirement for ML Engineer. Anyway, I completed the task and submit it, after 2 weeks I got this answer: "No explanations or documentation". My understanding about whole process is that they collect different ideas and they are not really looking for suitable candidates.
