Was contacted for a first stage interview only over the phone, the HR rep was very unprofessional, making comments like "we are really searching for someone with maturity and a brain", also named criteria that were not listed on the job posting and basically spent most of the interview trying to disqualify me rather than find out if I can be a good fit, never asked why I applied or why I think I am a good fit for this job. Waste of time for both me and the company.
