I applied for a Creative Director at Designity and was invited to go through their interview process. Despite putting in significant effort—including recording multiple video responses—they rejected me without clear or constructive feedback.
The process felt like a test of unpaid work rather than a fair assessment of skills. It required excessive time commitment compared to industry standards, yet there was little transparency about what they were actually looking for. Candidates should be aware that they may invest a lot of time with no meaningful outcome or feedback.
If you’re considering applying, be prepared for a lengthy and potentially frustrating experience. I would recommend they reconsider how they assess candidates to make the process more respectful of applicants’ time.

The interview process was both enjoyable and challenging in the best way. The conversations encouraged deep reflection and gave me the opportunity to share my experiences openly and authentically. Every interviewer was warm, professional, and genuinely interested in getting to know me, which made me feel seen and heard throughout the process. The design challenge was unlike anything I had done before and pushed me to think creatively, dig deep, and showcase my skills, approach, and unique perspective. Overall, it was a thoughtful and engaging experience that reflected the company's commitment to finding the right fit for both the candidate and the team.

Entrevista
The interview process lasted a couple of months, where I had interviews and a creative challenge assignment. The process was very smooth between the Head of Talent Acquisition and me. They were always attentive throughout the entire process.

A recruiter messaged, I met with him and he told me about the opportunity.
I went through the application process, after the application they sent some video questions, it felt very smooth. After that they invited me to a paid exercise, however I took a new job before we moved forward in the process.
