The interview process here was one of the best I have experienced. There was not a lot of waiting around to see if you made it to the next step. I had three different contacts with the company within about two weeks before being offered a position. Everyone was respectful and the interview questions were very closely related to the job description.

Pregunta 1
They did a whiteboard-type challenge where I was asked to write database queries for database tables I first saw during the interview in front of a panel of interviewers. I was also asked several other job specific technical questions.
* HR phone interview
* Initial meeting: This meeting focuses upon how the team member might fit into the organization. Discussion of culture. Basic review of resume and technical skills.
* Code test: Basic coding test
* Technical review(coding test, architecture test)

Entrevista
30-minute initial HR phone interview; 30-minute phone interview with team leader; 1 hour technical interview on-site. The interviews were very professional and the process moved quickly. The technical interview was with five people.
