A recruiter from a third party contacted me via LinkedIn to see if I would be interested in this position. I had some calls with the recruiter and then got pushed to the company for a first call. The first call was arranged fairly quick after that and the talk was very pleasant. I got told that I will get feedback in 1,5 weeks due to some decision-makers being on holiday. After two and half weeks of not hearing anything I dropped the recruiter a message and he told me that the company was apparently in the end stage with another person already. Even now 3-4 weeks after the interview, I have gotten no real feedback from the company to my first interview, which i think is not fair.
