From the moment I applied and got a (verbal) offer, the interviewing process took almost 2 months. It included 4-5 steps of interview and an extensive test assignment to be completed. After I received the verbal confirmation that I was chosen among other candidates and the offer was to be sent shortly, the company drastically decreased the salary that we discussed and confirmed before. For almost 2 weeks, the HR and manager were updating me that the offer was in progress until they told me that the job description was suddenly changed and I was not qualified for this role anymore. I asked HR to provide me with the details of what exactly was changed and what qualifications I lacked, but I haven't got any feedback on that since then. I would not recommend considering this company as your primary option while looking for a new serious job opportunity.
