The interview process was thorough and detailed--which is amazing because you know that all employees are well vetted! I went through three rounds of interviews. The first interview was in person and was with the Director (who I would report to directly). The second and third interview were conducted over the phone. The second interview was with the person who was currently in the role, and the third interview was with the VP. Descartes also sent a questionnaire to my references and ran a background check before making an offer. All of the interviews were very comfortable. The interviewers also gave me a great understanding of what my role would be. HR was also very kind and gave me updates so I knew where I was in the process.
