1st step - call with HR manager, Team Lead and Tech Lead and questions about soft skills; 2nd step - technical hometask to make WebAPI to calculate the fibonacci sequence in multiple threads with 1 week deadline. 3d step - 2hours group panel interview with 5 people - developers, Team lead and Teach lead. Although the test task was completed correctly and I answered most of the questions correctly, although I was terribly nervous. The whole process is confusing enough. It was a revelation for me that so many people would interview me. On this step happened something really strange - there was a feeling that they were trying to make a fool of you. everything did not go on in a very friendly note. Not every introvert can handle it. In the end, I didn't get any feedback at all after the last step.
