Firstly you apply by sending your documents then they give you a long but interesting questionnaire to answer if well responded you mive to the next level which is interview with the HRs from Malta, then after HRs from Malaysia then on another level with the managerial group. in all you get to do 4 interviews which are good because they ask strictly professional questions and in a very professional way. I had to do all my interviews via Zoom on a video call.
