Multiple recruiters have reached out to me for this role. They put me in touch with their internal recruiter at the company. Even though I have relevant experience in the industry, they won't move me forward. Said I seem "job hoppy". Interesting enough, I've seen plenty of their sales reps recently hired that had more jobs than me. This makes me believe this organization is a racist "good old boy" organization. I'd stay away because they don't care about diversity.
